Both practical and whimsical, the upcycled old Indian frying pan clock has a simple, rustic appeal. Designed to hang on a wall, it combines the organic colours and textures of aged iron and recycled wood. An old iron frying pan is mounted on a recycled teak wood backing board measuring approximately 55 x 25 cm. As well as holding the clock, the board features three iron hooks strong enough to hang hats, shopping bags or keys.

As they’re hand constructed from recycled materials, every one of the upcycled frying pan clocks will be unique. They will all be the same design but the materials will all have inherent variations. The only feature that will be identical in all of them is the new, vintage-look clock dial, covered with a convex lens and set in a brass bezel. Behind the dial is a quiet, quartz time mechanism, powered by a single AA battery.
