Intricate Design Cast Iron Decorative

Great product but...

This is a great, quality product however I was surprised and a little disappointed to find on delivery that the casting is only one-sided (ie - the ‘rear’ side is flat). This was not explicitly obvious from the product description, and now the product does not fully meet my needs, as I want to use it as an insert in a wooden gate, and only one side has the decorative casting look, while the other side is flat. I would not have purchased if I’d known this. The other disappointment is that the advertised and photographed 'bronze' look is not across all of the casting. It looks like someone's had a lazy dab at one corner and left the rest unfinished.
